AESTHORA · Legal
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern online purchases of shop products and distinguish them from practice services and non-buyable practice products.
Scope
These terms apply to orders placed by consumers through the AESTHORA online shop. Medical consultations and treatments are additionally governed by medical information, individual agreements and statutory rules.
Contracting party
The contracting party for shop orders is AESTHORA, owner Anja Ritscher, Am Markt 1, 01723 Kesselsdorf, Germany, unless another contracting party is expressly named during checkout.
Product types and clear separation
The shop contains only products intended for direct online purchase. Practice products, medicinal products, medical devices or preparations used exclusively within medical treatments are not directly buyable. Product knowledge pages are informational and do not replace medical consultation.
Conclusion of contract
Product presentation is not a binding offer but an invitation to order. By submitting the order in Shopify checkout, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded once the order is accepted, in particular by order confirmation, shipping confirmation or delivery.
Prices, shipping and payment
All prices include statutory VAT where VAT applies, plus any shipping costs. Shipping costs, delivery options and payment methods are shown before order submission. Payment processing may be carried out through Shopify and integrated payment providers.
Withdrawal and exceptions
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details are set out in the withdrawal policy. Exceptions may apply in particular to sealed hygiene or cosmetic products if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Warranty and liability
Statutory warranty rights apply. We are fully liable for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and under mandatory statutory provisions. In case of slightly negligent breach of essential duties, liability is limited to typical foreseeable damage.
Product information
Product descriptions, usage notes and guide content are for general information. They do not replace medical advice. Please follow packaging, inserts and product pages. In case of intolerance, pregnancy, breastfeeding, illness or uncertainty, seek professional advice.
Applicable law
German law applies excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
Version
