Withdrawal Policy

This withdrawal policy applies to buyable shop products. Medical treatments and individually agreed practice services are subject to separate rules.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

Exercising withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us, AESTHORA, owner Anja Ritscher, Am Markt 1, 01723 Kesselsdorf, email: hello@aesthora.de, phone: 035204 18860, by means of a clear statement. You may use the model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Return and costs

You must return or hand over the goods to AESTHORA, Am Markt 1, 01723 Kesselsdorf, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning goods unless we state otherwise.

Withholding and diminished value

We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of return. You only have to pay for diminished value if it results from handling not necessary to check the goods.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply, among other cases, to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery. This may be relevant for certain cosmetic, skincare or hygiene products.
